Anniversary card

This is the card I made for hubby for our recent wedding anniversary. I even managed to get a picture this time LOL. Used Distresss Inks (Weathered Wood & Aged Mahogany) & an image from the recent Kanban stamps TSV:

The words were stamped using one of the Hampton Art Studio G Alphabet sets. I've seen them around for ages, but never bothered with them. Light suddenly dawned the other day that they could be quite effective, specially for a more distressed/shabby chic effect - I think they work well on this card

I have a load of cards to do this week - a friend's 40th (she's already had the party, but we had to miss it sadly :( ), both my parents' birthdays (so that's 4 straight away for Mum, Dad, Nanna & Grandad) & I believe I have a birthday swap over on  CraftTelly
