Now that the Secret Santas have owned up to who made what for who in the Christmas in July swap on CraftTelly I can post a pic of the card wot I made here:
It was meant to be a little more complex & involved than the final design, but once I'd printed out the freebie backing sheet from Jak Heath's blog on to Centura pearl snow white card I couldn't bear to cover up the delicate icy snow crystal images, so ended up simply embellishing with some lengths of irridescent ribbon & a sentiment from the same design sheet instead.
I finished my newphew's card in such a rush on Sunday that I didn't have chance to take a pic, but today I'm hoping to complete a further 2 'age' cards using similar designs as before for a 50th & a 40th - hey if it works & the recipients aint ever gonna meet, why not LOL! The 40th birthday isn't actually for a couple of weeks yet, but she lives in France & I want to make sure it arrives on time
